The file action tab in Online Backup doesn't have a purge option

I use Norton360 and my online backup capacity is 99% used.  I want to purge some old files that have been previously backed up.  When I sign into my Norton Online backup account and then click on the file action button, the only options listed there are: 1) download a file or 2) email file link.  Why isn't there an option to purge files under the file action button?  The Norton Online Backup instructions tell me what to do when I need to purge a file.  But I'm not able to get past the file action button.  Why is my file action button limited?

Re: The file action tab in Online Backup doesn't have a purge option

Same here, apparently the purge function is for paid users of separate backup program not for users of Norton security w backup which is stupid as surely we're still paying for the backup program within the security software.

I previously had computer problems & when reinstalling NS w/BU it created a second entry under my online backup account. Contacted support but they didn't know what I was talking about.

I gave up using the online backup.

Same here. Couldn't find "delete" option there...So I should by NS with BU license now just to remove some useless files?! What a ...?
