FIREWALL AND ANTI-SPAM NOT FILTERING OUT ONE EMAIL ADDRESS

I use Norton Internet Security and MS Outlook.  I have tried to block and email from this company: "Houseology Design Team <designteam@houseology-email.com> "  and while it is in the blocked list, it keeps getting through using exactly the same email address as shown.  The other 'blocked' email addresses remain blocked, not this one. Any ideas, please?

You could use the Outlook Junk Folder. The next time you get an email using that email address, move it to the Junk Folder. It might take 2 times until Outlook is trained to do it automatically. I have Outlook 2013 catch all my spam emails. It does a pretty good job. I also use the Spam Detector from my ISP. Between the 2 of them, they do a pretty good job. I have noticed that after Office Updates, it needs a little more training again.
