Is the Firfox drop down problem any closer to being fixed

Now that it appears a fix is in place splitting the toolbars for Chrome and firefox/ie, is the fix anywhere close to being  released to fix the drop down issues with firefox???

Hi, David. There has been a toolbar update, as per the below announcement, which MAY fix the problem you're experiencing.

Symantec are working on a fix, but maybe Mozilla made a last minute change that Symantec has had to adapt to.

As you'd appreciate, this can take time.

Hi F4E,

Glad you said MAY as no joy with the new updated firefox toolbar.  Finally got the update last nite and first noticed that the status now says firefox is working fine which it didn't report previously so there was hope and the dropdowns were working for about an hour and then stopped as usual.  Decided to shut down and restart this AM in hopes a reboot would work but, again today, after about 1/2 to 1 hour the inevitable stopping of the dropdows and no way to change multiple logins as they don't provide choices.

More work needed by norton and hopefully with chrome fixed, the dropdowns are next on the list of fixes??????

Thanks anyway,

Until Google screws up the next version of Chrome that Norton has to chase to fix.
