Font too small to read

When using the Safe search box on the Norton toolbar the dropdown window produces font so small it's unreadable. The same thing happens when I start a chat with Norton support, I can't read the text. I haven't had this problem with any other site. When I pointed this out to a Norton Support staffer he clicked on  one of the three sizes available on the screen and that made the font slightly bigger but anything after that went back to too small to read. Anyway to fix this permanently?

Re: Font too small to read

Hello

Have you tried changing your Font? Try changing the box that says Normal on it. It is located in the Add Reply comment thing that you use to type your post here in the Forum. I don't know if those sizes carry over to more than your posts in the Forum.

You might want to try zooming in when you can't read something. That's what I do with my aging eyes that don't work like they used to. In IE11, you can find Zoom under Page drop down.

Hope this helps. Please come back and let us know

Thanks.

Re: Font too small to read

Thanks for our input but, I changed the font size and it had no effect. Zoom is at 300% but no effect either. Again, thanks for your effort.

Jpine4 - guessing you are using IE, try Ctrl and + (plus) at the same time to expand and Ctrl and - (minus) to make smaller.

Hello

I just did that by accident before I read yank's post.  I meant to hit shift and it does as he says..

Thanks

FWIW - This is also true for mice with control wheels (so long as the default action for the wheel remains unaltered/redefined in the mouse support software) - e.g.: Hold down Ctrl + Wheel-forward, or Ctrl + Wheel-back to zoom (in / out) the current item/window (having focus).

Re: Font too small to read

Thanks avjohnnie but when I click on drop down window, hold Ctrl down and Wheel forward and back still nothing. That works on other windows just not the Norton drop down window generated on the Norton Toolbar.
