'GET STARTED' - problems logging into Vault

A few days ago, I started getting the old problem of the top half of the Vault log-in box going vertically up and off screen. After lots of attempts to sign in, I eventually got the log-in box where it should be. Yesterday, the 'Vault is closed' box was there went I went to log into it. [It's always a relief at the moment to see that box, rather that the "Access Vault" box that always heralds another problem.] But this is what I saw when I hit the first sign in box (not shown)sign in:

When I hit the Sign In box on this window, I was taken through a series of being logged off/logged on and then my browser froze.

I see from my screen shots that this Get Started problem happened in August and before that in April. What's going on? I'm in a hurry to go out and later I'll search for other threads on the same problem - there must be more. I hope I'll find that a senior Norton person will have explained what's causing this intermittent problem.

Re: 'GET STARTED' - problems logging into Vault

Good news, bad news. The 'Get Started' problem has gone away but the old, recurring problem of the top half of the Vault log-in box going vertically up and off screen is back. I searched in the vault for a website and when I found it I clicked on the icon to show the password - up and away the window went. All I can see are the Login & Cancel boxes. I'll now have to search my favourites to see what the solution is.

Taffy_078 Check these settings in your IDS, see if an update has changed something. I see multiple logins displayed on the screenshot you posted.

Cheers
