Good email picked up as spam

I subscribe to a daily email called the Tablet.  The sender uses a slightly different email every day.  For example, Tablet Magazine <digest=tabletmag.com@mail133.suw14.mcdlv.net>; Tablet Magazine <digest=tabletmag.com@mail201.atl81.rsgsv.net>

Each day the email is picked up by Norton Antispam in Outlook and it goes to my junk file.  I want this automatically in the inbox but don't know how to do this because the address changes.  Can't say always accept from this sender.  Any ideas?

Re: Good email picked up as spam

Hello lbabus

I would suggest trying the Outlook Junk Mail filter. That is what I use with my Outlook 2013. I find that it catches most spam. Of course I do check my junk mail folder and my Inbox in case it made a mistake.

Can you make a rule in Norton to check for that email by name? I would still check the junk folder every day for errors. I check both in my Outlook and in my web-based email for errors.

Thanks.

Re: Good email picked up as spam

I can't think of a single legitimate reason for the mail to be coming from different domains like that.

Clearly they are trying to prevent people from blocking the mail and that is clearly spam-like behavior.

Since it keeps changing your not going to be able to allow it through Norton anti-spam.  But you may be able to create a email rule in your client to move it back.  In Outlook there is a filter for "specific words in an address" and you could use the part that does not change (tabletmag".

Best of luck,

Dave

Ok, guys, I tried the Outlook rule and it isn't working!  I attached a copy of the rule.  Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?  Thanks.

Hello

If you are going to use Outlook rules, can you at the same time use Norton AntiSpam? I use the Outlook Junk Mail filter, but I have my Norton AntiSpam disabled. Did you make the change using an Admin Account and restart after you make the change.

Thanks.
