Since my desktop computer died, I have no need for your services now.

If your Norton program is more than 60 days old, you can not get a refund for your Norton product. If possible, can you try to remove the product from your dead computer.? Your Norton Account will remain and over time, it will show as unused.

You can use this Norton Account again if you get a mobile phone or a tablet and want to use a Norton product to protect it. You might decide to get a laptop this time after you find that you are missing your computer. Please make a note of your email account and password for this Account in case you do want to use it again in the future.

Also be sure you remove your payment information from your account to ensure you are not charged any automatic renewals you are not expecting.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
