Has I D Safe completely lost the plot??
I am so disillusioned with Norton/Symantec right now that I really do not know what to do!
So what is the problem(sorry - the problems)
Norton ID Safe is not recognising my password - which I know I have entered correctly. Even ID Safe logs me into ID Safe.
Then in the midst of the ID Safe problem I check up on "my account" and log in to Identity Safe which I find is holding a password I changed some years ago!! Now I feel so unsafe it is not true!
PLUS I need to renew my subscriptions (Identity Safe / Internet Security / Norton Utilities etc and would like a clear listing of what my new subscription will include. There is so much selling jargon as to make it difficult to make a truly informed choice!
However I have checked and checked and I have not used the wrong password!!! Impossible the Norton Gurus will say Impossible - it can't happen.
I hope they are right and it is me being inaccurate!!
Any thoughts anyone - or could it be my Spanish Keyboard interacting with English Windows10 April 18 update ??
