Has NOBU Status Report Changed?

For roughly the last week or so, my NOBU backup report after login report shows only about 10 files and 150 MB of files backed up in the daily backup log, vs. roughly the 27,000 files and 14 GB it has usually reflected in the past.

Has the reporting changed to show only the amount of incremental backup that occurs vs. the total it formerly displayed?  The tray icon still shows the full amount, just the log of the last successful backup has changed.

Can someone please advise?

Thanks!

Re: Has NOBU Status Report Changed?

Nothing was changed in the reporting that I've seen in recent releases. Have you confirmed everything looks correct under File Actions > Restore?

In the meantime I'll ask our engineering team about this.

Re: Has NOBU Status Report Changed?

Wes, thanks again for your assistance.  In fact, the backup source had somehow shifted to the Desktop folder only, instead of the C drive on my computer, hence the low counts on the incremental backups.  Complete mystery how this occured, but nevertheless this is the source of the inconsistency.  Really appreciate your guidance.

Hi Snoman

Happy to hear it was a simple solution. Let me know if you need anything else.
