Have a Heart 1.20 being deleted when I know it is safe; help!

I've been trying to download this game called Have a Heart 1.20

It is safe, my friend has it and there are no problems, but it won't allow me to, because the date it was uploaded is unknown, and also the people in the community who has the file is unknown.

Is there a way to fix this? I don't have admin on my computer, so please help! Here is the link to the file download: http:/ / www(dot)mediafire(dot)com/download/ela0ut7203smhza/Have+a+Heart+1.20(dot)exe

@564:

Maybe... the method of communication between the said game (sha256, cd819689bbe5ea89285abc608d0631e9ceb43ac8b5110a8184c8ee6647c4b844) and its server is the problem (reason):

Just try restoring that "1.20 app".
