Have never been able to access Norton Online Backup.

When I attempted to install Norton Online Backup for the first time, the download completed correctly but the install terminated with a web page from Norton which said:

"Norton Online Backup is sorry something went wrong and will look at it right away."

Apparently the install completed, because I now have a shortcut for Norton Online Backup on my desktop.  If I click on it, the same error message appears.

I have a case number with Norton Support (#Removed), but, after 5 days, they have not replied.

Every attempt to access NBU gets this error message.

Can anyone help?

Norton Tech Support solved this problem.  Somehow, my account information was not entered correctly, and the signon program could not proceed.
