Haven't been able to log in since yesterday

I haven't been able to log in to either the Norton Toolbar/Norton Identity Safe, yesterday Norton Chat said they were having server problems, try again in 2 to 3 hours. Well I still can't log in, and on their status page, no issues are reported.

Same issue to me for today - several reboots and password resets but still not possible to log-in into Norton identity safe

It was back earlier but it's off again even Nortons own Status page say it's back which is completely false.

I contacted live chat through help, and well I was waiting this morning, everything just started working. To be on the safe side, I had them double check everything, do updates, reboot, to make sure I could log in again. All is good for me.
