Is Norton not accepting your key, or has it accepted it but is not working properly?

Did you buy at the Norton Store?
Most who bought NS at Amazon have had trouble with their keys. If you bought at Amazon download the program from the Norton Site, not from the Amazon Site/Your Software Library. That has worked for some. That is what was happening for those who downloaded NS from Amazon last week. May have been fixed by now, but I do not know.
FWIW, had purchased a box NS to an Italian computer store and the activation was successful on the first attempt
Be sure you are entering the key with no spaces or dashes.
I thought you had to have dashes? ( always done before)
The dashes will be added by the application. You just enter the letters and numbers as one long string.
