Hitting a roadblock in My Norton account
I'm using the latest Norton Security and wanted to check some things in My Norton account. I can log in OK, but I get an initial screen that says the following:
NEW Norton 360 update
Your update to NEW Norton 360 is here. More protection to reward our loyal customers.
Yellow button: UPDATE NOW
Blue link: "I'll do this later."
I don't want to update anything right now, so I click on "I'll do this later." It merely refreshes the same screen and message. I've tried it multiple times. Since I can't proceed I've also tried clicking on on the black "X" in the corner of that message screen. It too only refreshes the same screen. So it looks like the only way to get out of that screen would be to choose UPDATE NOW, which I don't want to do. So to get out of that, all I can do is close the browser completely, without ever getting into My Norton account.
I'm using Firefox 66. I can't easily try with another browser right now.
Thanks for any suggestion. Or is Norton forcing the 360 Update on everyone just to get into their account?
