How to compare devices in My Services to My Devices

Hello,

How do I compare devices in the two sections when I log onto my Norton Account?

The Devices in My Services used the computer name.  But I do not know how to link up with My Devices.  I have a couple of old devices that I want to take off list.  Am I missing something?

Thanks,

Kevin

Same question from me.  Two installs right now.  I know which is which because one is on Windows Vista and this shows in the name on the Services page.  The other is on Windows 10 and this shows for the other install, on the Services page.  I could recheck my Services page in my account to be certain.

If you log into your Norton Account under both Services and Devices, there is an option to delete a device.

However under Devices if you click onto each device you will see both a pen icon to edit that device's details, and a garbage can icon to delete it as well, if you wish.

On your systems open Norton and Help - About. There is a Device name at the top and that is used in the My Device section and the My Service section uses the Windows Computer name.

If you rename the Device in the My Device section it will update the name in the Norton Help-About on that PC.
