How to determine if a device with an active Norton License is still being used

I have 6 licenses for Norton. I don't recognize one of the devices being protected. It could belong to one of my sons or it could be an old computer, i.e. no longer being used. How can I determine if this device is actively being used? If it is not being used I will transfer that license to a different computer.

Hello Steve. The easiest way is to just remove the license. That WON'T remove Norton but will disable Norton and the device will then give you the notification that its no longer under an active subscription. If none of your active devices see that notice you'll then know its no longer being used and will have a free license to use.

Cheers
