One of Norton's online chat Reps told me that I could make a complaint via the Norton community. Can someone tell me how I actually make a complaint to a Norton representative who cares?

Most likely you will be contacted by a Symantec Employee within a few days. However, it is a holiday shortened week. I don't know if that individual will be affected by that. He will contact you by PM.

I also want to make a complaint to someone who has some authority to do something. I'm sick of being fobbed off by Norton people who a) don't listen b) say they have no authority to do anything.
I've spent literally hours getting nowhere with people in Thailand, India and who knows where else. What can I do?
