How to let Norton run this program?

Hi all,

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask this, so please advise if it's not...

I'm trying to run this program called Solomon Coder (https://solomoncoder.com/) for scientific research purposes, but every time I try to download the installer, I keep getting this:

And when I go the folder where the program is, the program has disappeared.

I read the WS.Reputation.1 page and it doesn't specifically say it's a virus, so is this just a false positive or should I not run this program?  If the program is actually safe, how can I run it without it being deleted by Norton?  (I'm using the newest version of Norton Security with Backup)

Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
