How to remove ads from manage.norton.com??

Hello!  I just signed up for Norton Premier and Wifi Security.  So far so good, however the incessant ads on the manage.norton.com screen is insane.  I shouldn't have to say no to the Norton router every time I log in.

Can the ads be turned off?  If not I may end up looking for a refund.

Not sure what ads you are speaking of.  But if it is for the Core router, I would not see it as I am not in the US.

Can you post a screenshot of the ad?

Here it is - I mean, its just a couple x's to click to close them, but having to do it every time I go into management is getting annoying.  Particularly since I've bought the products I want to manage (i.e. not free).

I see what you mean. There is no setting to stop those. Have you clicked on Learn More. Doing that may stop the message.

I also see the Automatic Renewal information, but for as often as I go to my account, I can just ignore it and scroll down to the devices I want.

Hello

You can enroll in  the Automatic Renewal and then disable it and remove the information. It won't bother you again.

Thanks.

FWIW, I clicked on the Get Started for Auto renewal - on the next page after that I clicked on SKIP (Lower right corner) and the "ad" has not reappeared.

Hi,

As yank said, when the SKIP is clicked - then the Auto Renewal "ad" or banner will get dismissed. There is an additional link 'Remind Me Later' is introduced now. When you click 'Remind Me Later' the banner will get dismissed temporarily, and if you click on close (X) then the banner will get dismissed permanently.

This is applicable only for grey colored banners / "ad".

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Christy.
