How to reset, un-exclude a cookie excluded by mistake

Was prompted to "fix" some cookies and I choose to Exclude instead of fix...one was TVGuide.  Problem is I also excluded one I don't recognize.

So, how do you reset all exclusion for cookies or how do I remove the unknown/unfamiliar cookie from the exclusion list?

I've looked and can't find "cookies" anywhere in the settings.

How did you exclude the cookie in the first place?

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

was prompted with a list of cookies that I had the options to "Fix" or Exclude.  I chose to exclude because there were ones that I recognized, TVGuide as an example.  I see in my "History" where they were scanned and where I excluded them, but I don't know how to clear the exclusion list.

I'm new to Norton on my desktop so everything is "out of the box" settings for the most part.

I may be wrong, but I don't believe that cookies can be excluded or removed individually.  Can you post what is shown in Norton History?

Requested screen shots attached.

If I can't exclude just 1 then is there a way to reset all excluded cookies...These are the only ones I've excluded so far.

Thanks

How do I add images to posts?
When editing a post, you'll see a button of a mountain range in the text editor. That's the "image" button. Click that button for options on inserting an image into your post. You can upload an image from your computer/tablet/mobile device, or link to an image on the internet.

See if looking at the Exclusions under Anti Vurus Settings can find the items you want. From the main Norton Screen, click on Settings - Antivirus, then click on the Scans and Risks tab. Scroll down to see the Exclusions section. Click on Configure beside each exclusion option and see if the cookies you are looking for are listed.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Hello j.b.phillips

Individual cookie listing sounds like it has to do with your Browser settings or Adobe Flash Player. In IE 11, you can save cookies that are listed in your favorites.

Thanks.
