I think is incredible that if I buy a product in Spain I cannot use it in Qatar. In the XXI century. I won´t buy any Norton product anymore. 5 licenses that I have to trow to waste paper.
Have you tried having a chat with customer support.? If they can't help you, they can tell you how to get a refund. We have been trying to get Norton to change this new rule.
