!? I CANT INSTALL NS after removing

I used NRnR tool from Symantec...and after installing, before showing GUI - connection problem (activation stage), after rebooting - Norton swims in task manager, but GUI not shows. Also, I did clean installation (full removing, installation 22.17.3 and 22.17.0).

I couldn't take a screenshot

Windows 10 Home 1903, Ryzen 3700x, ASUS X470 PRIME PRO.

Norton works, deletes eicar, but without GUI and alerts.

FWIW ~
Um, maybe (after machine Restart - not Shut down) > from Admin user account
with
then scour File Explorer for remnants = Delete + machine Restart
then optional run CCleaner Registry Cleaner with backup registry issues + machine Restartthen pull fresh installer from my.norton.com

Solution:

1) Removing with NRnR, rebooting

2) Delete all(!) Norton directories (in ProgramData and Local/Temp especially), rebooting

3) installation with Norton Downloader. 

Developers, you must fix NRnR, it does not cope

When you initially tried uninstalling Norton, did you choose the option that you were going to reinstall? If so, there are items that are kept on the computer, such as most settings and your subscription info to make the reinstall less problematic.

When you uninstalled with NRNR, did you use the Advanced - Remove only feature. That does a more thorough uninstall, assuming you will not be reinstalling. 

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
