I reported my own website by mistake and re-evaluation button does not exist in my site dispute tab

On June 4, 2019, I submitted my website for https://www.howtohealemotionalpain.com/ to Norton Safe Web validation. My website keeps appearing as “Untested”. Today I contacted support via chat, but the support representative asked me to click a button to request a re-evaluation of my site, but that button does not exist in my “site dispute” tab.

On top of that, in my desperation trying to get rid of the “Untested” label, I went to my website and clicked the “Report this site”, thinking that reporting would be a good thing. English is my second language so I did not understand the meaning of “Reporting”.

Here is a screenshot of what I mean when I said that I reported my own website:

So please, help me to get the “Safe” label on my website and to get rid of that Report that I accidentally sent about my website. I sent the report on 6/19/2019, probably between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm EST.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Re: I reported my own website by mistake and re-evaluation button does not exist in my site dispute tab

Dear Floplot, thank you for your answer.

As you can see here, my website is already registered with Norton Safe Web and my ownership is verified. Should I remove the site from my profile and add it again?

Sincerely,

Ivan Gil
