I see the release post for google chrome but when I click on it there is no download button,

Im trying to use google chrome but need my Identify safe pass - I cant get it to work. I get Your Norton product version is up-to-date. - yet no toolbar or ID for norton shows, also the latest download changed my format for my ID vault.  I dont like the new format its not alphabetical order and pretty scattered and not organized.

Hi,

Both Chrome and FF do not automatically enable extensions. You have to go into tools -> addons and do the deed.

When you open the vault and expand the listing there's an icon in the upper right of that window. If you click on the triangle [down arrow] it will display a dropdown which allows you to sort the listing, one of them is 'name'.

Have you restarted your computer since updating Norton? It should not be required, but sometimes it does help.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
