I use norton toolbar with windows 7 internet explorer 9. 64 bit

1  Start computer.

2  Open Norton

3  Go to your account.

4  log in

5  You will see Norton tool bar appears.

6  Vault will be there, just sign into vault.

7 Use Norton search not Google.

I personally temperately get rid off Google toolbar as I use yahoo. I also use Norton search.I have used this for the last month since I got this new computer.

PS. Norton will some till come up with the right answer just give them some time.

All the best Ken. Let us know how you get on.

Note that the steps you have outlined will invoke the 32bit instance of the IE9 browser.

You can verify this by opening the "Tools" menu and selecting "About Internet Explorer".

Kind Regards,

Nope, if 64 bit is not added to the end of the version line, it is the 32 bit version(as shown below)

This was noted awhile back when a user had the NTB when they were logged into their Norton Account, but not before they logged in.  The Norton Account places IE 9 in 32 bit mode.
