ID safe is broken

The ID toolbar has been too buggy for too long now and I don't feel Norton is interested on fixing it so I somehow have to export all my logins into another password keeper, which I know won't be a simple task. I use Symantec Endpoint Protectection and can't say anything bad about it HOWEVER, I will never buy or use any Norton home products in the future because it is crap. Sincerely, Jason Rousseau. .
IE v11, Chrome v 36.Symantec End Point Protection, Norton ID Safe. Windows 7 64x, ISP:CableOne.

Hi Rousseau32,

I'm sorry for the trouble, and that you feel that way about Norton products. Hopefully we can change your mind. You may want to go through the troubleshooting steps I've posted, and if you're still not seeing the Norton Toolbar, please reply with any details you can provide. Thanks.
