ID Safe for Morgan Stanley Clientserv

MSDW rewrote their Clientserv software a few months ago, and there evidently was an update recently. Result, when you try to access it from ID Safe, you cannot log in.  The login screen erases your password and tells you that your credentials are wrong.  The only way you can log in is to do it without ID Safe running. The tech support person told me to write my client ID and password down, and log in before starting Norton 360 by typing the information in character-by-character.  And it doesn't matter which browser you are using.

I'm sorry if this is something you have tried but have you deleted the login in Identity Safe and manually enter the details and allowed ID Safe to save them?

If you click on the Vault is Open button, then on the Options button.  Clicking the Options button brings up a small window where you can Report an issue with this site.

Hi Mountain Engineer,

You can try this: 

navigate to the site you are having your difficulties with > click on Vault is Open > Select Options under Current Site > then select Report an issue with this site.  A new page will open with the URL already listed and you can fill in the info regarding your difficulty.  Norton normally responds  - although it may take longer to correct the situation.
