ID Safe no longer works with WorkSpace email log ins

I recently updated/installed NIS 19.7.1.5 and now my ID Safe multiple log ins with WorkSpace email (from GoDaddy) no longer offers my log in choices.  The auto log in info is still there, it just won't fill the fields, even if I select it manually, it won't fill.  My paypal multiple log ins are working fine.  Other log ins are working, whether multiple or single.  I'm using XP sp2, FF14.  How do I get rid of 19.7.1.5 and go back to the way it was (working flawlessly) or make it perform?  I've already sent several issue reports.  WorkSpace has a drop down menu listing the multiple email usernames, and I have to enter the passwords.

I've got 4 email accounts with GoDaddy's WorkSpace email, and having to manually enter passwords a few dozen times a day is really annoying.  Please, if there's no fix, tell me how to go back to the little pop up box with my multiple logins.  Thanks so much!

Re: ID Safe no longer works with WorkSpace email log ins

HI Savannah,

If you upgraded from NIS 2011 to NIS 2012, there has been a cosmetic change that may be tripping you up.  Instead of a dropdown box, the new version now has a bar at the top of the webpage that prompts you for the correct login to use in multiple login situations.  So, I think what you are looking for is still there, but in a different guise.  You just need to click the yellow "Fill Login" button to see your choices:

Also, you should not even consider rolling back to NIS 2011 unless you have an Identity Safe backup that was created using NIS 2011.  The reason is that NIS 2012 uses a DAT file format that is not compatible with earlier versions that used the NPM format.  You can move your logins from NIS 2011 to NIS 2012, but you cannot move your saved or backed up logins from NIS 2012 to NIS 2011.  If you reinstalled NIS 2011, you would need to restore your data from an older NPM file that you had created prior to installing NIS 2012.

Thanks for your response.  I did know about the different presentation of the log in info, as it does work like that with my paypal multilple logins.  I click on the yellow bar and the available logins are there.  It just won't do that with WorkSpace.  Thanks for the heads up about downgrading...and losing all the saved stuff.  That would be catastrophic, and I will make a back up of what I have now.  But I'm still left with manually filling in passwords for multiple WorkSpace email accounts over and over and over again each day.  The passwords are saved, they just won't populate the form.  Hopefully, 19.8 will be better.

Thanks,

Savannah

Hello Savannah,

I read your post and was wondering if you are running only sp2 with Windows XP, or if that's a typo. If not, you should really update to sp3.
