Ident safe works on 5 of 6 computers

I'm not really happy about posting my passwords in the cloud.  I'm old school and prefer to keep private encrypted files synchronized locally on my computers manually.  I wish we had the old Identity safe that was local only.

Regardless, I'm not a total luddite and have moved up to the latest version of Norton Internet Security on all my in lab machines and my laptop.  I have also installed and registered the new identity Safe on all the machines which include two XP Home, one Vista Home, one Win7 Pro, one Win-8 Pro, and my laptop a Win-7 Home.

I can login to the Norton Management System webpage and select my "Devices" page and see all my computers represented there except my laptop.  :-(  Why?  Is it because it's wireless?  I tried turning off all firewalls including the one on the wireless router but that didn't help.  I've uninstalled completely and reinstalled, still no help.  I keep my machines all updated with all current patches for all active software.  Please suggest something I've obviously overlooked.

Help!!!

Welcome,
What do you see from your laptop? Have you tried using the 'add new device' to one of the security maps?

Thanks
