OK let see if any one listens. I contacted Norton concerning this ,but, for some reason they are not listening. I put Norton 360 Premier on a second computer, after install Indentity safe will not open. I am entering the password correct because Identity safe opens on the other computer. NO matter how many times I say this it opens on one of the computers but not on the other. They keep asking me if I am entering the password correctly. If I enter it on one and it opens and enter it on the other exactly the same it should open...
What can I do besides deleting or resetting Indentity Safe?
