Identity Safe autofill not working - where to report?

One of the pinned posts above lists sites with autofill problems that have been fixed. It also mentions that a form will be available to report problem sites. Does this form exist? Can't find it anywhere. Just in case this is the only place to report problem sites, here is mine:

https://customer.voya.com/customer/public

The user name always fills in correctly, but the password field never auto-completes in Chrome.

You can report the site to the ID Safe team from your product.

From the Norton Toolbar in IE or Chrome, Navigate to the login page you are having problems with. Then click on Vault is Open on the Norton Toolbar. Then click on Options beside Current Site. From there click on Report an issue with this site. Then follow the directions.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

I have the same problem with a different site. But I use Fire Fox v55.0.3 (64 bit). The login problem only happens with FF. In IE it works and only IE has the "Vault Open" shown on the Norton Toolbar (now being supported by FF). So how do I report this to Norton?

Use IE to report the site from my instructions above. In the description area of the post, you mention that it only happens in FF.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

In FF click on the ID Safe Icon and then the 3 dots and in the menu click on Feedback.

Report site through Norton Feedback &or navigate to site & Report site from the Norton Toolbar

Click on Vault is Open, select Options, and click Report an issue with this site.
