Identity Safe - Can't sign in from Norton Tool Bar
Just downloaded latest Norton 365 update. When I click on "Vault" tab on Norton toolbar, I get a screen saying "Get Started". It indicates "To access your vault, sign in to your account......." When I try this, I get a sign in screen that is auto-filled with my ID (email addr) and a blank "fill-in field" for PW. When I attempt to enter PW, the screen freezes. Using Chrome browser (up to date) on a Windows 10 - Home machine (up to date). I've searched this forum and other sites for help, but can't find any. I've uninstalled Norton and re-installed and that doesn't work. Any ideas? Thanks.
