Identity Safe exceeded the number of allowable attempts to sign in.
This is very frustrating. I'm having a similar problem. Identity Safe keeps prompting for my Norton Account login/password and displays the following:
“Please enter a valid password.”
I go to the ‘Sign in to Norton Identity Safe’ web site and then I receive the following:
“You have exceeded the number of allowable attempts to sign in. Please try again in 1 hour.”
This just started two days ago. Need help!!
