Identity safe fails to properly fill in the user name and password for live ID accounts
Each time I try to log in to a Microsoft forum using my Live ID account which requires my account name (Email address) and password, both the account name and password are filled in but appear blurred and if rejected when I try to log in.
However if I place my cursor at the end of my Email address (.com) and backspace to remove the letter m in .com and then use the keyboard the enter the letter m my Email address is now displayed perfectly clear. Next I place the cursor in the password box (which is filled with large dots ...........) and backspace to remove the last dot in the password, then manually type in the last character of my password, the series of dots also appear clear (not smudged or blurred). Now I can tap the Enter key to log in successfully.
Note: To date this only happens with a live.id account, all my other web site logins have no problems.
