Identity Safe fill-ins not recognized

I notice that an increasing number of websites that I visit to pay bills, etc. will not recognize the login information entered in their login site by Identity Safe and so I have to enter the username and password manually.  Frustrating.  Has anyone else encountered this problem?  Does anyone have a solution to the problem?

I disabled my ID in Firefox and user browser vault now. I think nothing horrible will happen, because web protection still work. ID just fill logins&passwords.

not a solution but you can open the vault and start typing the website in the search box (sometimes it is already at the top just below the search box),when you have the login you need you can right click on it and select copy username,then paste it into the username box of the site.

you will have to do it again for password,like i said not a solution but i find it a lot faster than typing it all in manually when the auto fill doesn't work for a site especially if you have long and complicated login info.

If it is just specific site(s),you can report the site to the ID Safe team from your product.

From the Norton Toolbar in IE or Chrome, Navigate to the login page you are having problems with. Then click on Vault is Open on the Norton Toolbar. Then click on Options beside Current Site. From there click on Report an issue with this site. Then follow the directions.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
