As of today I cannot log into my identitiy safe.It keeps telling me my password is wrong. I know it is not because it was working fine yesterday.

I had a problem like this. After a few hours i entere password & login Succesfully BUT All logging was removed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Same here. Updated yesterday and haven't been able to log in with Login assistant or Open my vault. I rely on password manager quite a bit and am very disappointed.
Are we talking about logging into Norton Account, the Local Vault (if you have one) or the Online Vault?
Are you all using NIS 2013?
How did you upgrade? Over the top or uninstall /install?
I had the same problem recently, after upgrading (over the top upgrade) from 2012 to 2013 it worked fine, then one day I was told the password for logging into Identity Safe was incorrect, I tried logging in via my old laptop using the downloaded version of Norton Identity Safe with the same password & that worked but nothing on W7, I tried logging out of my account & logging back in just in case that was the problem, in the end I was asked to reset the password & that got me back in but had to import my passwords from a backup, I used the same password which I had done previously. I also couldn't log into my local vault although tbh what was the local vault I now suspect is just a link within Norton to the online vault & isn't exactly a seperate vault anymore.
Same problem here. Norton 360. Norton Toolbar/Identity Safe. All working perfectly on my desktop for years. Just purchased a notebook and downloaded my availiable version of 360 for it. Found Online Vault function, worked like a charm, and I loved it. Both desktop and notebook were flying along.
Yesterday, suddenly all logins disappeared. After logging out of the Vault, I could not log back in with correct credentials on either machine. I went through process of changing password but still could not log in. Can indeed log into my Norton account, just not Toolbar/Identity Safe. Quite a problem.
I'm not having a problem logging-in. The problem I'm having, which started yesterday (10/20) is when I start my computer, there's no prompt to log-in like before. I'm using the updated version of 2012.
And, when I visit a web page requiring a username/password, and I haven't logged-in to Norton, I'm not prompted to do so. In th past, I was always prompted.
I looked at all settings and they are for prompting log-in and all my log-ins are still there.
Any idea why I'm never prompted to log-in?
Hope I made this somewhat clear.
Any suggestions appreciated.

I am in exactly the same straits. I cannot even log on at this point, and receive an essentially useless message that Norton is
"Unable to logon to your vault at this time." It's all I have seen the entire day. Because I chose to sync with other computers, it seems that I am stuck without recourse to a local IDS file.
If there is a fix underway, why isn't Norton informing NIS and N360 (2012 and 2013) users?!
I don't know if everyone is experiencing this identical issue, but NIS (I'm using the standalone cloud version with no local safe) works for a half-day and then will not recognize the password to login from the web browser(s). I can log in online sometimes, but usually get locked out completely because the password is not recognized. The oddity is that the same damned password will work for a short time, but then quits working. I usually have to reinstall the product to get it to work sometimes. I've even done a full removal using the Norton application eraser tool (forget the name right now).Something is wrong with the password verification proceedure between the user and the cloud/server? I'm assuming it keeps dropping the user login password file? It finds the existing account by email address, but doesn't recognize the password - keeps saying "enter valid password"
I am still having problem logging into Identity Safe..I would have thought it would be fixed by now..Help us out here. It's been way to long without a fix
