Identity Safe network issues

Updated Jan 17 12:20pm PST: We're still seeing intermittent issues with the network. Please post to the forum if you are unable to login to your Identity Safe Vault.

Hi everyone,

We are currently experiencing some network issues on our backend servers that may result in intermittent connectivity issues from within the Identity Safe apps on the various platforms and to the Identity Safe portal. Our engineers are working hard to fully restore the services. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing to our dear customers.

We will be updating the status here at regular interval to keep you posted.
