Identity Safe no longer working with Microsoft Edge
Hi there. On Saturday there was a Windows Update at some point, and since then my Identity Safe won't work with Microsoft Edge. When I use the icon to log in, it asks for my main Norton password (not the Vault password as it normally would), then whirrs a bit (whilst it's redirecting - it now says to Norton Cloud which I don't remember before but that may just be my faulty memory!) and returns to the main browser page and flashes up a box saying something went wrong with Identity Safe. The toolbar element is working as I can see the green Symantec bit when I access a website. I try to go to Support using the help button on the Identity Safe login page and I get 502, bad gateway. I'm not very tech savvy, so this is very annoying. I can thankfully get to my vault by using the Norton Icon, at the bottom, in my hidden icons bit (I'm using Windows 10 on an Acer laptop by the way), but obviously I have to keep copying and pasting passwords from it, which isn't what I want! The vault was working fine before. I can't go back because I don't seem to have restore points set, so I'm a little stuck. Hopefully someone out there can give me some advice in easy to understand language! Otherwise I'll be calling someone in. I have run a diagnostic on the rest of Norton, and it's running fine. All help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
