Identity Safe not auto filling login information

Recently, Identity Safe has stopped filling in auto login information on websites I visit. It doesn't happen all the time nor on all websites. It seems to just happen randomly but is very frustrating. I've tried doing a repair installation of it etc. with no changes to the problem.

I'm running Norton Security with Backup on a laptop that's running Windows 7x64 Pro SP1 and using IE 11 as my primary browser.

Has anybody identified a solution for this problem yet? I'm disabled independent my password manager to log me into websites when I'm using my computer, having to do it manually is a real pain.

I did read his reply and that's why I posted my question. That reply from Norton was quite a while ago so I was hoping that by now they would've come up with an solution to the problem. They normally are quite responses to issues like that that affect multiple users so I was at least hoping it would be solved by now.

As far as I am concerned the issue was completely resolved by an update a short time after my earlier post. Are you sure that you are running the latest version? If you are I can only suggest you check out the vault settings.

Yes, I'm sure that I have the latest updates. And as far as I know I have everything configured correctly, I have not changed the configuration a long time. I did go back through look at it but I didn't see any setting that looks strange or out of the ordinary. Since I'm disabled having to manually put in the information in any manner other than automatic is a pain in the you know what.

Are you still running IE 11 or are you running Firefox? If you are running Firefox, then the auto-fillin does not work yet with the new Toolbar.

If you are still running IE 11 and have the latest Toolbar, perhaps a fresh install of your NSBU would fix your issue. This is the new Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool I would recommend you back up your identity Safe to a pen drive. Please also read the warning message before using the Tool
