Identity safe not filling in the login information

When I open https://www1.bmo.com/onlinebanking/cgi-bin/netbnx/NBmain?product=5 Identity safe does not fill in the user name or password even though I have a login within Identity Safe

Is this the only site you are having problems with?

If this has worked in the past, and has just started giving problems, it may be some change in the way the web site is handling logins. From your browser, click on the ID Safe icon at the right of the browser address bar. Then be sure the vault is open. Then click the icon again, then on the 3 dots at the bottom right. Then click on Feedback and submit the website information.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Actually I was going through Identity Safe and beefing up my passwords and I noticed two websites that have Identity Safe Logins that do not function.  One is MasterCard https://www1.bmo.com/onlinebanking/cgi-bin/netbnx/NBmain?product=5 and the other is a financial institution https://www1.royalbank.com/english/ris/pcd/sgne.html

I seem to remember declining Identity Safe to save these passwords but I have changed my mind and would like to turn these two sites on.  I have searched the web for where this mysterious list of declined URLs resides but have not had any luck.

If you do not have a login for those sites it might explain your issue.

I deleted the old logins and manually re-created the logins and neither work.  (but THANKS for the try)

When you created the new logins, did you get the opportunity to set the Autofill options as noted in the link I gave?

 

Use the following options to configure the login security:

Require Vault password

Prompts for your Identity Safe password before it autofills any login.

You should select this option to make your login credentials more secure. For example, you can use this option for your online banking website.

Auto-fill

Automatically fills your login for the website when you visit.

Symantec recommends that you select this option to fill the login information for the webpage.

Auto-submit

Automatically logs you in to the website.

Yes, both sites have the auto-fill and Auto submit checked off.  They are identical to all my other logins that DO work.

Then you are back to my suggestion to send feedback to Norton. There may be something that has changed with the login code on those sites since Norton last looked at them.
