In Identity Safe one particular website has the password in red.

one of my websites that I frequently go to will not fill in the Password. I went to edit the website's User Name & Password to find the Password is in red and when I click on the Eye to see the password nothing happens. It's as if the website has blocked the use of the Password to fill in. And no matter the browser the problem is the same. Anybody else experience this problem? How do I fix it?

Are you sure you still have the password in the saved login. If you see nothing when you click on the little eye, it may no longer be there.

There have been many reports of login information disappearing from user's vaults. 

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

I'll go back and try entering the Password and see what happens. Thanks for the thought, I hadn't really thought about that.

That fixed it. Something so simple. Never heard of Passwords disappearing and honestly didn't even think about it. Thanks PeterWeb for your help. You rock!
