The vault is different on each device, so when I update one it doesn't update the other. I feel like I'm probably missing something simple ...
How long have you been using ID Safe on the PC? It is possible you have a local vault on the PC. If this is so, the local and online vaults cannot be synced.
Do you use the Norton Security from your ISP? ie Comcast? If so, that version does use a local vault.
