Identity safe vault will not open.
I am running Norton 360 on a new Windows 8 system.
I transferred my old passwords scross successfullly. However for the last 3 days every time I try to log into the vault there is a long delay and I get a "timed out" essage and told to check my internet connection.
Norton shows i that I am logged into my Norton account but the vault remains inaccessible.
I have checked for updates and rebooted several times. I have followed all the steps given by "Nathan" with no luck.
I have tried the "LiveChat" but gave up after 3 attempts as no one connected even after a 45 minute wait. All I get is "We are currently experiencing longer than expected wait times."
