Re: Identity safe for windows 10

Hi smr1954,

Please try the following:

  • Open Edge
  • Open your Vault by selecting the ID Safe Icon in the upper right corner logging into your vault.
  • After being logged in (Icon will have a green dot in the lower right corner of the Icon) Select the three dots
  • Select  Online Vault
  • Select Sign-in
  • Sign into your Norton Account
  • Enter your Vault Password
  • Left click the log-in you desire to delete
  • Select Delete

Please let us know how things go.  BTW - not an avid user of Edge, so there may be another method someone else may chime in with.

Re: Identity safe for windows 10

I go through the Norton GUI interface and open the online vault and edit/delete it there.

Re: Identity safe for windows 10

I have just tried this (the accepted solution by @Norton Fighter25) but cannot replicate the steps after login.

Access for editing via the Norton GUI is OK

Re: Identity safe for windows 10

I followed the procedure above and was able to delete the unwanted logins from my W10 ID Safe Extension vault. Thanks for the guidance. Don't know why Norton felt inclined to make it so different from what it had been. But that is not the only problem they have created for me in past couple of days.
