Identity Safe won't stay on

I have had Norton Identity Safe on my computers forever.  I have not tried to access it in quite some time though.  I have the extensions and addons installed in both IE11 and Chrome.  Today I could not open the interface to log on from the toolbar.  I went to my Norton security program and noticed it was turned off.  I turned it on, accessed IE11 again and no luck.  It is enabled in the program.  I went back to Norton and it was turned off again.  It will not stay turned on.  In Chrome it also shows enable but cannot be accessed.  I ran the autofix but no problems were found. Any thoughts on what's going on and how to fix it?  Virus scans show negative

Here is a screen shot of my Norton

Identity Safe, ID Settings, and Statistics are not able to be opened.  Only Password Generator will open

Thanks I wasn't used to the format of this forum as far as including picture files.  I also tried to 'edit' my post but don't see any place where I can do that.  Am I missing something?  Ok, I see after posting it only allows me to 'edit' for 60 minutes.

Re: Identity Safe won't stay on

I have the same issue. Built new computer, running Windows 7, Firefox 55.0.3, Downloaded Norton 360. When I click on "Identity Safe" it does nothing. And Identity Safe: Says OFF, even if I turn it on, it goes back to OFF. I can get to my vault from the website identitysafe.norton.com. It just won't open or stay ON from Norton 360. Also, if I go to Settings in Norton 360 the identity safe box is unchecked. I check it. But when I return to settings, it is unchecked again. Something not "taking".
