Identity Safe worked for years, now it's horrible

I have Norton 360 and have used Identity Safe to manage my passwords for several years, on IE and Chrome, without problem.   Now, every time I open the vault to find a password, I have to close it and re-open it to get it work again.   After I look up one password, it will always tell me that every site has the same password as the one I just checked.  If I close it and re-open it, it works.  But only once, and then I have to close it again.

After several years of happy use of IdentitySafe, I'm now finding lots of troubles that I didn't have previously.  Did something change?

Norton has to rebuild the Norton Toolbar because of all the changes that Mozilla has made. Most of the Toolbar for Firefox doesn't work. Norton came up with the idea of building a new Toolbar which will work with Firefox, Chrome, IE 11 and Edge. In my opinion, it probably has some effect on all the toolbars indirectly. I think  these issues will be fixed once the new toolbar will be finished. They haven't closed the other vaults, but I think it may have some effect. This is my opinion and I might be totally incorrect.

The current Identity Safe should still work perfectly with IE and Chrome.  Nothing has been changed in that regard.  I would certainly backup my vault contents so that whatever troubleshooting steps you take can be done without risk of losing your data.
