If I change my sign in email address do I lose my info in my vault ?

I need to change my sign in email address. Will I lose all my stuff in my vault or will it all automatically switch to the new sign in email and password? I can't seem to be able to find how to do this without losing everything. Thanks !

Um, is this do-able.
Create new Identity Safe vault with new (email n' password) vault Sign In credentials (export from old n' import to new your site credentials).

Caveat: I have not used Norton Identity Safe, long time.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Hi debraj,

To clarify ,assume my norton account email address is Test@gmail.com -> I had created a IDSafe Vault under Test@gmail.com and stored some logins.

If I am planning to change my gmail address from Test@gmail.com to Test_123@gmail.com in the Google Account page, then from the Identity Safe vault, you still need to login using your Old Email address(Test@gmail.com) to get vault access.

If you want to change your Norton Account email address also, then login with old email address under "login.norton.com" and change your email address. Later try to login the new Norton Account email address from Identity Safe, your vault should still be intact.

Before you do this, Its better you export the Vault content so you have backup of your logins at least.
