Installation Process

Installed Norton Security (did not use automatic renewal due to cost) which I assume replaced Norton 360. Norton Security installation went ok. Question I have now is: when I log on to "Manage My Protection", under "Devices", I note that under Installed Services, I have Norton Security with 1 year protection which is correct. Under Installed Services, it also shows Norton 360 expired. I've tried to remove Norton 360, but I get the message "Uninstall Failed". I'm assuming I should uninstall Norton 360? How do I uninstall Norton 360?

Re: Installation Process

Don't worry about it - I show 6 different expired/cancelled products (RED X'd) dating back to Norton System works n 2005.  They are basically for Historical purposes

If it really bugs you, hover over the Show: All Services and select active from the drop down.

Re: Installation Process

Hello yank

Too bad we can't save that setting so it shows only the active subs. I went to Devices and back to Service and it reverted back to showing the expired ones as well as the current ones. Thanks.

Success always occurs in private and failure in full view. Windows 10 Pro 64 bit Norton Core Security Plus 22.17.3.50 Core Firmware 282 I E 11 Chrome latest version.
