Invalid Product Key with new purchase

New to norton and have downloaded norton to my pc, mobile phone and ipads and all devices are ok though the PC seems to not be protected as it states there is an exclamation mark over the pic and it states there is an 'issue found'! I click on the PC image to find out the issue and it wants a product key. I found my product key from my emailed order confirmation though norton says "We're unable to validate the Norton product key you entered." Please help!

Activation and account matters are best dealt with by contacting Customer Support.
