Ipad Air PW manager began reporting false info(stating i had wrong address, etc.) 4 nites ago. Tech support no help
I've been using norton PW Manager for years without a problem.
Now PW manager is not filling in pw and/or user id properly Often fills in and I get a message to enter the info; sometimes I'm told 'it's the wrong pw'; sometimes a sign-in box does not appear at all. I can not get problem resolved with norton mobile technical support. I have been promised call-backs which never came. Then my windows PC manager started acting similarly yesterday. I could not get into many accounts at all.
This has been going on since Tuesday nite and now it is Friday nite. I have lost almost 2 days of work dealing unsatisfactorily with CS/tech support who promises to 'call tomorrow' and never does. Then today I'm told Norton does not have 2nd level support for iPad app.
I'm asking help with 2 things:
1. Resolution for my problem
2. Info as to where I can publicly renounce Norton service for PW Manager.
